Raw material

State forests are managed by Šume Republike Srpske a.d., which sold 1.76 million m³ of forest assortments in 2024, half of it logs for sawing. Supply has fallen since 2017 and prices have risen by 45%. As a result, processors are moving towards drying, gluing and finished floors that earn more per cubic metre.
