Products

Fresh fruit: plums, apples, pears, cherries and table grapes, plus hazelnut orchards in the north-west. Processed fruit: juice concentrates, deep-frozen berries and stone fruit, dried plums and apples, fruit distillates. Vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, onions and garlic. Field crops: maize, soybean, wheat, sunflower and certified seed from processing centres in Posavina.

Year-to-year swings

Yields depend strongly on the weather. Plums went from a record 50,524 t in 2024 to 23,886 t in 2025, and apples fell by 53.7%. Buyers who need stable volumes usually work with processors that hold cold-storage and freezing capacity.

  • Quality: calibre, Brix, pesticide residue analyses for the destination market.
  • Certificates: GlobalG.A.P., organic, phytosanitary certificates.
  • Processing: for frozen and dried fruit: IQF or block, packaging and storage temperature.
